Blanchard seems to bring more for birds than Fletcher. Probably because it is larger. She could always PO if she doesn't like the price, though.
Jeannie, if you decide to process them, 18 to 24 weeks seems to be a good age... big enough to have a little meat without being tough. We have processed several RIR roos and they were quite tasty at that age.
