Although I like Asian food, my preference is for Vietnamese, Korean and Japanese food - so I am unfamiliar with any "fancy" Chinese restaurants in OKC. It might be worth a trip to the large Asian markets however, to see if they buy live chickens. They have live fish at the markets - maybe they have a butcher who would be willing to purchase the silkie roosters. Thanks for the idea!
