Thanks for the welcome everyone! I have on order my third flock...they will be silver laced wyandottes, black autralorps, ameracuana, and rhodies. I have had a huge predator problem that wiped out my previous flocks maybe just maybe I will have everything fixed this time!

Funchick,
I had them fenced in a run but didn't lock them in their coop so I am bringing out the big guns and running an electric fence, laying mesh 4 feet out from the coop cause of digging issues and locking them up in the coop. It is frustrating!

Good Morning Okies. It is 4:45 AM here. I am in the northern portion of Afghanistan right now. The town is named Mazir-i-Sharif located north of the Hindu-Kush mountain range.

This afternoon (local time) i will be in the eastern portion in Jalalabad. Next week I get to visit the lovely city of Kandahar.

Hey Doc good to hear from you! Man sounds like you are traveling a lot. I was hoping you would be in an office tent at the back. Boring but a lot safer! You tke care now. us know if you need anything,well except for what you have already ordered,not for sure we can send pizza nad all tht other struff! Would if it was possible you can bet! Good Evening everyone. I took HotDog to have beans and rice at the little mexican joint near the house, then had to run to the Dollarstore to pick up light bulbs and a few other Items to put in a care package for my Honey... He has asked for a pillow, which to replace the sheet of paper one that he has. He has also asked for his favorite shower soap. So you know then I had to pick up package tape, bubble wrap and all the other good stuff. No problem for me. He asketh and he shall recieveth.

Looks like while I was gone, he was online. Too bad I missed him. I would have loved to talk with him one more time. I miss him so much.

Well, hope everyone stayed cool today. It was alot cooler. I mowed about 2 acres today and got about 1 more acre to mow possibly tomorrow.

I spoke to Lou ( Stimpy's wife ) today and things haven't improved much, so I will be heading to OKC aver the weekend, Saturday I think to see him and let him know we are all thinking of him and want his sassy butt back in a sale barn chair soon. Then I am headed to the Fletcher sale barn to see how Peaches and my Okies are gettin by.

Gotta run and hit the sack, early day and I got the crews layin 2000 sq ft of tile tomorrow, so I will be pointin fingers and knockin heads come 6:30 am LOL, God I love this stuff LOL.
