Had my first and only cup of black coffee for the day.. kids are up and getting their barn chores done... Friday is one of those crazy days for me... lots of errands to run

Oh Let's see I will be bringing 1-BBS Orph hen, 2-Polish hen's, 1-BR hen, 1-Cuckoo Maran hen, EE muffed Bantam Pullet, 2- Polish Pullets, 1- BBS Orph Pullet, Light Brahma pair, 1-BBR Turkey, and a couple or three Roosters. Clearing out and making some pen room for some more incoming birds anlong with building more pen space.

I'm real weak on the abbreviation thing for chickens but thought I had the turkey one all figured out, then you throw this at me. What's a BBR turkey?

I'll probably be wore out and auctioned out from the Bridges auction, so I doubt I'll make it. You guys have fun. Hope you get good prices for the birds you sell, and cheap ones for the birds you buy.

Yes it is Kerosene operated, I have seen these and Incubators that use kerosene as a heat source, that one is in great shape and would return a hefty profit on e-bay or any antique type sale. I think they are cool looking, I wonder how well they worked ??.

I am glad the eggs have been decent enough to eat, My hens were begining to pick up speed again and lay and the past two days ... NOTHING! and I have an order to fill

well for a friend but sheesh...

Not sure if we will make the auction its hard to say we have so many things happening this weekend if we go we maybe tempted to bid on something ha ha and we dont want that unless its a bull dozer to tear up this place and make it right.. ha ha I am already embarrassed about the state its in with a couple of BYC OKIES coming over Saturday noon to buy some of the flock..
