It's really weird...I've bought light fixtures, tile, faucets, etc for the new house .....but no house....LOL I cruise craigslist several times a day and watch for things. I finally came to complete peace that when it was in God's timing then the house would start.

Umm I think you got a couple more birds than that LOL We got in a while ago and had a late supper the Nephew was wore out crashed without a complaint, Had a blast and met a bunch of BYC'ers I took nine rabbits and didn't do too bad,
Peaches the food was great and the auction is one I will be back to, I like how quick and smooth everything is ran through Easy to see why your've had a sucessful first year, Congrats! there were some really good looking birds there, I wish I'd had the money to take some home with me that and areas to keep them all LOL It was good to meet everyone and good to see again those I've met before, I can't wait to see how POOPS is if that was a mini version it was a fun evening indeed.

Sgtmck1 I was gonna introduce myself but it's like that in a crowd of good people I start out going from point A to point B and stop and visit with folks a couple times on the way and by the time I get where I was going I've either forgot what I was going to do or the goal/target has moved LOL I'm sure we will get a chance later I really do enjoy the sales wish I could attend more of them.
Sooner I know exactlly what you mean about not getting anything done LOL I had big plans for the weekend and mostly just got the feeding and egg gathering done, that and making the sale which was kinda funny we left the house and 10 miles out I remembered I was gonna grab the note with the directions to it and Peaches phone number, but I didn't LOL Jiena asked how I was gonna find it and I said well I'm going to drive to Fletcher and hope for the best then like some wierd gravitational pull I drove right to it

I looked over and saw a group of folks under the barn and pulled in right next to Peaches. Trying to decide if I am going to make Blanchard Auction I guess it's next week?
Sjarvis, (forgive me if I misspelled that) I wanted to take that Rottie pup home with me and so did the wife She suggested I distract Carl and she could dog nap him LOL Just kidding of course but he sure was a doll

Morning all : Hope everybody had a great weekend, mine was pretty dandy. Took the family to the state fair had a great time saw everything and walked 40,000 miles LOL. I got a chance to sit a spell and listen to the Marshall Tucker band that was a treat, the weather cooperated and it was nice when the sun went down & cool breezes came in. I think Alyssa was texting and found Michael's daughter Macy then they hung around the ag barns and carnival. We took Alyssa's boyfriend with us, I put him on a crew doing roof job last week so he could earn a little jingle and keep her company at the fair sheeeesh LOL. Of course my favorite part of the fair was all the cool food stands, I found myself eating every 30 min LOL couldn't help myself.

Laid around and relaxed watching football all day yesterday, what did Ya'll do this weekend ??.

Donna : Quit being such a stranger we miss you alot.

I've been trying to read up on the post on occasion to try to keep up but man there are so many newbies...which is great.

Well if you run into any road blocks give me a shout, I have a tile distributor that makes me great deals, for example I am redoing all the bathrooms and kitchens in a large apt complex, doing it all in tile and can get 18"s for as low as $1.20 ea how great is that. Anyway I am off to that job now so I will visit with you whenever you get on with us.

Here are some of those "snake" gourds hanging in the pigeon loft! I counted 21 this morning. I am starting to bend the new little ones so some will be crooked. The pigeons must feel like they are flying an obstacle course!lol.

Got out this morning and resituated all the birds after the big cull last sat for the auction.Satisfied with what I kept and glad there is not so much crowding now. But Have a hen piping this morning so more are on the way. Good to see Donna back on here. School must be rough this year,Teach hasn't been on during the day like he used to(or night)! Haven't seen the other Henry boy on here either. Miss them,they are good people. Can't wait till those 3-4 page days and nights get started again.

Sooner sounds like the house is comming along great. Its fun building but also stressful. But when its finished its so rewarding.
