Teach, thanks for the info on the quail. How long do they lay compared to a chicken? Stay safe. Looks like all we will get is rain.

The weather as just changed a bit here in the last 30 min, got colder and the wind has kicked up ( * surprise uh* ), I am just a little concerned about the electricity going out. I have eggs in the bator going on day 14, so I think I may have to come up with a back-up heat source, maybe my DD can get her cat to learn how to set eggs LOL.

I played the clarinet, I wasn't very good at it, it was hard for me to walk and play at the same time.

Hubby played the trombone and was 1st chair all-state for at least 2 yrs

got up at 7 this am temp was 45 now its 1010 am anits done droped to 35 whew its gettin cold anybody lookin for some big roos.I just got some black jersy giants,buff brahama,light brahama,dark brahama,white an black standard cochins.i have a total of 20 of these roos.these guys will make good brood roos all are HUGE lol
