Yeah, I think that is the one I was supposed to have, but before I got 15 minutes into it, I told the tech my chest hurt and she stopped. When I went back to the dr, she was like "yeah... that's whats supposed to happen"

I guess the tech doing the test was new. The angiogram is the test I hated. I thought they would knock me out, imagine my surprise. The moron who inserted the catheter kept scraping part of my pelvis as they pushed it through. still makes me shiver

That is exactly what I needed to see, a working set up. so where do you get those neat little drinking wells, they look handy and easy to use. and do you feed, clean through the top??. your breeding pens look great, nice set-up.

Yup...quail are kept seperate at my place...coturnix don't do so well on the ground...very susectable to worms..

I also have a few button quail...they are just cute! Way to smalll to be for eating but they will clean up the spilled feed in a aviary of tweety birds like finches

In case y'all look...the Polish sex post is about checking the gender of a bird...thought I was gonna learn something

drinking wells? Are you talking about the tan thing running in front of the breeding pens...that is the feed trough...think feedlot! I water with the pop bottle waters...got those from Foy's Pigeon supply...The breeder pens have open bottoms so the poop falls through and I put newspapers on the tops and pull that out and dump in the garden! The grower pens have shelves from ovens for lids and again are open so the poop falls through...mix with some grass right under them and haul out to the garden which is where I was standing when I took the pic! Currently all that is under about 2ft of snow

Teach : I was up in your neck of the woods a few times a couple of years ago, Pheasant hunting near Guymon. And last year I helped my neighbor run a quail hunting camp between Shattuck & Arnet, do you know where that is???. He had a lease on 7000 acres there and we ran a guided quail operation where they could shoot covey's from horseback, we had 30 dog's and all of the clients were Lawyers and Politician's. it was a fantastic 5 weeks, sometimes we would jump in upwards of 30 coveys a day, no kidding.

I got guns and lots of bullets for spiders..shovels get me way to close

I dug a shovel out...gotta keep access to outside. Can't stay inside with the family forever! We would hurt each other...the Mama gets a little mad when the house gets boyishly dirty! She isn't doing well...she likes to plan things and this wasn't part of her plans

Yes, it was certainly a chick flick!!

My twins (11 years old) were glued to the 50 inch plasma, sighing over "Edward"..ahhh.

We've now moved on to the Friday night fights....the heavyweight boxers sure are flabby these days.

I know where that is Al...we have several folks that operate hunting deals up here...pheasant and quail. One of my bud's dad is a dog trainer...he is planning on putting on several more competitions this year...great deal for the land owner...they get a little cash and lost birds join the coveys and build the population...It is fun to watch from horseback! It is really about the dog and how they do their thing. It is even funnier watching the escaped quail come back to camp...the kids running around trying to catch them...then selling them back to the bird guy for $5 a pop!

All part of the game and they play fair with the kids:)

Teach, the only way I'd ever be classified as "hot" is if someone doused me with gasoline and lit a match! Now my cooking is a different story...

Sonya, I'm out on High Bridge road, about a half mile from High Bridge Baptist Church. Where are you? I'm not from here originally, so I don't know scads of people yet. I've got mutt chickens, I do believe...game crosses, possibly a couple of Columbian Rocks, what I've been told is a Golden Giant and his two ladies...the resident chicken expert in my Sunday School class (he's 12, and really quite the livestock genius) just shook his head over my flock. "Honestly, Miss Dottie, there's no telling what's in that gene pool. But as long as they lay you some eggs and keep the bugs down..."

Smart kid.

What about you?

Dot
