mary beth , i got a letter from the state department saying my birds were clear , from my npip tests , where is the npip number , can you help me

If you keep all the roosters, you won't have space or feed for the hens so you won't have enough eggs to continously fill those incubators. Therefore, you need to let someone else use the very large incubators so you are not overrun with chickens. I am sure there are volunteers in abundance on this thread

ok thank you lol , i got the 8 x11 paper today , showing all came up negative , so i assume i should be receiving the actual npip paper before long then

The NPIP certificate comes in one of those envelopes where you have to tear off the perforated ends and top of the envelope to open it up.
