Just what they said last week...LOL May be a case of folks
having a fit, so they've ordered some more. Thanks for the info...
I'll do all the feed buying for a while then. I don't want any
more STANDARD cochins......LOL If Bill sees them, he'll be
buying more of them.

The flea market is up at Locust Grove. He said there weren't
very many vendors there today. It's every Thursday morning
and people usually start coming in about 7:00 a.m. and it's
usually pretty much over by 11:00.....lots of junk, but sometimes
some good stuff and usually a good supply of plants this time
of year.

Have a good one !

A Soldier, a Sailor, an Airman and a Marine got into an argument one night about which service was the best (go figure, right?). The arguing became so heated that none of the four servicemen saw the truck that was barreling down the road towards them. The driver failed to see them, and all four of them were killed instantly.

Soon, the servicemen found themselves at the Pearly Gates of Heaven. There they met with Saint Peter, and, figuring that he would be a good source of Ultimate Truth and Total Honesty, asked of Peter: "Saint Peter, which branch of the United States Armed Forces is the best?" Saint Peter replied, "I can't answer that. However I will ask God what he thinks the next time I see Him. Meanwhile, thank you for your service on Earth, and welcome to Heaven."

Some time later, the four servicemen see Saint Peter and remind him of the question they had asked him when first entering Heaven. The men asked Saint Peter if he was able to find the answer. Suddenly, a sparkling white dove lands on Peter's shoulder. In the dove's beak is a note glistening with golden dust. Saint Peter says, "Gentlemen, here is your answer from The Boss. Let's see what He has to say." Peter opens the note, and trumpets blare, golden dust drifts in the air, harps play crescendos, and Saint Peter reads the note aloud to the Servicemen:

MEMORANDUM

FROM: The Almighty One
TO: Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines

SUBJ: Which Military Service Is The Best

1. Gentlemen, all branches of the United States Armed Forces are honorable and noble. Each serves America well, and with distinction. Being a Serviceman in the United States Military represents a special calling, which warrants special respect, tribute, and dedication.

2. Be proud of that!

Ok, so the candidates so far are the following:

from Stimpy votes

1. "Eatin' POOPS"? 0
2. "POOPS Comin' At Ya" 0
3. "POOPS For Your Table" 1
4. "POOPS On A Plate" or maybe "POOPS On Your Plate" 3
5. "Poops It's not all brown meat"--chickensandmore 0
6. "POOPS-Its whats for dinner"--RonnieAtkeson 6
7. "POOPS-You are what you eat"--RonnieAtkeson 0
8. "POOPS - Favorite Foods"--poultryand bees 3
9. "Cooking with POOPS"-dizzychicken 0

If that is all of them, then let's vote. At the beginning of your posts Thursday type the number of your favorite. For example, say you like "Eatin' POOPS", before you type in anything else in your post type in the number "1".

BTW, number 4 already has 3 votes, but if you like number 4 you might want to vote 4a or 4b for the other option.

I will probably re-post this a couple of times during the day to troll for skimmers.

We survived the rainstorm with only one causality. But, of course, it was my favorite "feed store" chick, the Partridge Cochin.
