Those of us around Tulsa know who Reasor's is....and they
had their Primal Meat Sale this weekend. So, will be breaking
meat down all night and running 70 pounds of brisket through
my meat grinder tomorrow, and then will have my head in
the pressure canners all day Monday. But, should cover me
for the summer. Is lotsa work, but sure saves the money.....

Through a meat grinder, I don't anything about Reasor's but I have a smoker begging for about 20-30 lbs of good brisket, not to mention the owner

! You're killing me here.

How much $$$ are we talking here, I butcher my own beef and prok and poultry and quail, might consider a trip to T-town for some meat if it is cheap enough!!! Lynn

Thanks for the info Stray! I have seen Drumline - but didn't know how much of that was "Hollywood" or collegiate level stuff...like I mentioned, I know less than nothing about bands...except that there's a lot of spit involved in playing trombone...

And every other wind/brass instrument out there.

The Derby was awesome. The jockey, Calvin Borel, ran a heck of a race. Nice to see a horse that didn't cost millions win. There is hope for all of the "little" people.
