I will add to the meat. Not sure what yet, was thinking a brisket,and maybe some ribs. I could do it over night in the oven and then put it on the smoker when we get set up. Takes to long to do it on the smoker if we want to eat by 1. Trust me they are good in the oven. Slow and low. I will set up a thread for the bringings, just gotta know where I can. Dont want admin on me.
