One thing I thought of for folks to bring if they like is cornbread. With 300 gallons of beans. Oops make that 30 gallons of beans we might need some.
I am planning to bring some canned goods, corn, green beans etc. in case we need some extra side stuff and we can heat them up quickly. If anyone else wants to bring something like that, let us know.
Also, I am gonna either fry potatoes or french fries depending on my cooking set up. My propane fryer is at my dad's and I won't have time to get it before POOPS. If anyone has one, let me know. If not I have a plan for frying the spuds.

I have a long list of wants!!!

I have my list of stuff to bring....I can see if I can borrow the propane fryer from my mom (i'm staying with her) I can bring it out on Sat morning. I will get back to you in just a few.
