Hi Okies! How's everyone today? I'm watching all this garden talk - got mine in last Saturday before the rain and I hope it does okay. I usually overplant but I tried to do better this year and give everything more room. We'll see...

So the prego cat I've been feeding showed up skinny this a.m. I have no idea where she had her kittens. I guess I have to wait about 8 weeks before I snatch her up and take her to get spayed. I don't really have the $$ to do that, but since I'm feeding her I guess it would be the right thing to do.

That is really nice City. Are you going to find the kitten a home too?

Hubby found our cat in Tulsa as a kitten straved and almost dead. She is now a health girl that is a spoiled cat that is allowed in the house. We have never had animals that stayed in the house. Had her spayed last month!

City- there is a low cost spay and neuter clinic offered at PAWS it is only 20.00 and it is well worth it. I am speaking from experience my cat had a litter on Sunday and I was checking into this on Monday. I cannot do it until she is done lactating... so I sit and wait 6-8 weeks and then WHAM she's fixed. her babies are soo cute 6 of them and she's a tiny thing and she's a great mouser.

Anyone need a kitten or 6?

BTW all- I feel a cough coming on...I think I am sick.... can't work on Saturday...Umm I need to call in to work....OH man... If I didn't need such a good job reference for nursing school I would be outa here! I want to go to POOPs I hate being a responsible adult with priorities. Can't I just be 18 again?

Thanks for the info Andi - she is hanging around the house looking in the window at me and I want her to goto her kittens so I can watch and see where she goes! I'll check out the PAWS place - $20 is a good price - thanks for the info.

(I tried to give this cat away on this thread a few weeks ago and was shocked to learn no one wanted a pregnat cat - thought I'd killed the thread!)
