Ok thanks. His finger is swelling big time and turning black. he has cut it open and sucking out the ...............He IS NOT one to go to the doc so we will see. I wont sleep tonight. Again thanks

Not saying its true but I was always told a baby cannot control the venom and lets out more than an adult, but the venom is the same strentgh no matter the size of the snake. Seems to me a bigger snake would have more venom to inject however. My oldest brother was bid by a water moccassin when fishing on the hand. He sat in the ER room for over an hour before he got tired and left. Nothing bad happened to his hand.

There is an Italian restaurant a couple of blocks North of the Dept of Ag on Lincoln, with the choice of buffet or ordering off the menu. They have a separate meeting room that we could request and their lunch prices are reasonable.

Didnt get to read much I need help BADLY...............

Lynn got bit by a copper head.............is that a bad thing..........baby one at that.

Babies are worse than adults. They dont know how much poison to let out at a time. Take him to the doctor now!

Yikes, Tina. I wish he'd go to the doc - don't want him to lose his finger if the tissue breaks down and stops the circulation, which is what the venom is doing to his system...

Yay Stray! Did you go pick a kitten out from the photos on page 1548?

Well first off you buy rat seeds from Teva and they come in all colors and temperments. She gets about 5 dollars for a feeder rat after putting about 50 cents worth of feed into them.

Ok, the NPIP thing. One copy to the flock owner, one copy to the Ag. Dept and one copy stays in the book. The bleeder loops are actually a special size so that the right amount of blood is mixed with the antigen. And just a little side note here. Teva and I got the last 12 dollar bottle of antigen, the new ones are 13.

There is an expiration date on the bottle and somewhere on the form you will write that and also the lot # but they will explain all of that in school. it is very informative and doesn't really take all that long to complete. Beats hunting for a tester before a show. And on that I have also got our fees for showing waived but being the official tester at a show or two in the past.

Stimp, does that mean your that big ugly cat from Alice in Wonderland?

No need to fight over city's kittens because I too have 5 kittens. They are 4 weeks old and 3 are dark gray with white faces and bright blue eyes, one is a tabby grey and black and one is white calico with brown and black spots everywhere. They are SO cute.
