Well, I think my hatch is over. 26 out of 31 eggs hatched. I put pics and details here:

All of these were eBay purchased and shipped eggs. I'm not looking forward to cleaning up the incubator..... what a mess! I'm going to take a hose to it.

thanks teach- will have to do some research on them- those poor birds in the yard were having fits, the chickens are in their run and coop, so they just dashed into the coop, the guineas hit the porch fast...and out pet jay was really cutting lose- considering he's only got one eye and one wing, he makes a good alarm

Speaking of hogs(well we weren't really!) They had some pot bellied pigs at the auction today.

They were the first ones I ever saw that were spotted!. Manily white with nice black spots all over. My wife and I were talking about the one we had when we were first married,this morning just before I left. Rocky was his name. I told her I felt like it was a sign I should get one of these but I didn't ,she said that was a good thing. Dang I wish I was out in the middle of no where so I could have big critters again.Rocky was turned on by her perfume. He would ride her leg like a little dog,It was halarious(she din't thinkso!)

Congrats on the ribbons BJ! I am not surprised that BJ knew more about chickens than a lot of other people at the competition - I learned a lot from him at the last POOPS!

pot bellied pigs! them dudes are a riot! There used to be a herd of ones that had gone wild...just stop the jokes now...anyways...I think you should have gotten them! $10 wow! I 'member when they were all the rage and sold for like lots

Hey Beth...are you ready for POOPS? I can hardly wait. We need to give each other a call and talk about the costume stuff for the skit. When you can give me a call on my cell phone.

What day are you coming down to POOPS? We're coming down on Thursday evening and spending the night with our daughter in Moore and then coming to KOA Friday evening. We rented the cabin the closest to the clubhouse. I think we have just about rented everything there. If someone is there that isn't for POOPS boy are they going to be sorry. Anyone that doesn't share our addiction surely won't understand all that clucking, quacking, and squawking that will be going on. LOL
