If the upper-crust only knew what they were missing.

I was at a birthday party once with the ex for one of her kinfolk and I came in later cause I had to work. So I come up on my chopped out Triumph and went in. Was pretty much all by myself just flipping through the channels on TV when the birthday boy came and complimented me on the bike.

He was in his 90s and actually rode Harleys after they first came out. I ended up having a pretty good time.

I think Country was asking something along these lines earlier and I am not sure if it got answered but I gots a question! With silkies are you supposed to breed straight colors or do you mix and match to improve them like with OEGBs

I wasn't too woried about Nana chasing me...I was worried about the boys!

the ones that got them there are usually okay folks...it is the ones that are living off the hard work of others and never earned it that irritate me! Know of a family in East Texas...dad owns the biggest lumber outfit over there...runs the nicest trucks and takes care of his workers...the drivers don't wash their trucks...the owner's boys do! Talk about learning from the ground up!

FunChick - I know...been told that several times...it is the kid's dog...not his fault should have checked the hot wire...

besides...looks like I might be putting my lab down sooner than later...he is really thin and drinking lots of water...I have had him longer than the kids! And he ain't little so i will have to dig a big deep hole! You know hard that is when you are crying!

Sneezing is fairly normal...but...is everything else seem normal?

You recomend a water based wormer in the handout but I see that Henny used Eprinex that is "pour on", what does that mean? Meaning I would have to put it on the bird vs using it in the water? Hope I am not buggin you too much.

For beginners the Wazine-17 is the easiest to use, 1 fluid oz per gallon of water, treat for a full day and then repeat in two weeks.

Eprinex is the same as I have here on hand. Noromectin 1% injectable. Two different products with the same active ingredient. 1% Ivermectin. If that doesn't get confusing enough there is injectable, pour-on and even a spot-on formula.

There was a feedlot in N.E. Ok that lost two pens of fat cattle because the worker thought he grabbed the pour-on when he got the spot-on. Poured a line down each of their backs and the cattle in the first pen started dying before he completed the second pen.

When someone starts out in poultry sometimes it can get very confusing and a tad overwelming too and I was trying to go the most simple route.

I too want to worm our flock since we haven't yet...I am familiar with worming critters, and would prefer either injectable or spot on ivermectin...how much do I use? How long is the egg withdrawal period?

BTW, NN, we bought the two Welsummer pullets from you---FABULOUS girls! I really love them!

Oh no...a Labrador!! The love of my life was a black Labrador...I used him as a therapy dog at the mental health facility where I worked. He worked my schedule and worked 40 hours a week like I did! I always said he was a highly trained professional that worked for biscuits! LOL!

He was only 9 when I had to put him down from a VERY rare (one in 750,000 dogs get it) disorder that basically caused him to have congestive heart failure. I had him put down on the same day that Hurricane Katrina came ashore; I still think of him almost every day...I truly pine for that dog...he was amazing...I have been so blessed to have had him. Actually, I have been blessed with LOTS of fantatic animals in my lifetime! My life has always been made better for having my critters.

seems pretty normal, no sneezing till i put her back to bed, and she sleeps next to isabella, and then let out a few sounds that seem like sneezing, maybe she's allergic to other chickens??
