So sorry about the illness your turkeys had in the other pen. The Dept of Ag is the group to work with, since they have State veterinarians, administer the NPIP program, and are the watchdogs for poultry illness in Oklahoma. Did you ever get a name for the illness?
ETA: How is your hand doing? Is all the flexibility back yet?
