There's a batch of double chocolate chip cookies about to go in the oven now. They have white and milk chocolate chips in them. They also have chopped walnuts.
Al, Why didn't you whip up a few of those for POOPS? I just ate two ham sandwiches a brownie and drank a glass of milk and those pics still made me hungry.
Do you deliver? I'll take two with everything.

nope...going to one in Springfield, CO...been to the one in Stillwater a couple times. Wasn't that great. Mostly folks that wanted to tell me how great their birds were but didn't have any for sale! Had some at the house...okay
Al - that was so wrong...so very wrong...so about the pepperoni recipe....
Buckguy and Q - you are a bunch of daisies! i will be there! Bow up and make a hand! Are you men or mice...please keep the squeking to a minimum Ra is hungry
That is also good that they have a Cloverbuds category... our fair needs that! Here they make the youngest kids show in open, since they are not in 4-H, but that doesn't make much sence to me
Any time after 4 months is when they will need to be tested, but any amount older than that is fine too.
The Cloverbuds are able to show in the 4-H class at our fair. I know at least this year, anyway. I thought they couldn't either but when we checked in our birds we were told she could.
Monty - I will be over shortly...Al make that three...maybe four
smfamf - walnuts? now why would you want to go and ruin perfectly good cookies with nuts? You put them on brownies and banana bread too don't you? COMMUNIST!!!
Teach, I was attacked bya giant spider while in the woods yesterday. Well to be more precise, I was attacked by its web but I am pretty sure the spider threw it over me from up in a tree. I didn't see it until I was entangled. Spiders don't scare me but I hate the webs in my face.
I managed to escape before the fiend got to me but Jared had a shotgun so I think he would have saved me.
The Fletcher auction is up against some stiff competition with an established auction with established clientele and sellers just 10 miles up the road. From what I saw the first Saturday this month they need some serious good will on the part of prospective buyers and sellers. There were very few people there and without one of the auctioneer's stuff, there would have been almost nothing to sell.
"We adhere to all state, federal and USDA regulations. (Bid rigging is a felony and we DO NOT allow it.)"
What's more, there is a sign right at the check-in/check-out desk with the same stuff in big bold red letters.
Now, I don't even know what bid-rigging is or how it applies to the buying or selling as something as small potatoes as poultry, but I still find stuff like that very off-putting. Why put such negativity in an ad you are using to try to establish your business in a very competitive market?
Is this some new reverse psychology sales technique? Tick your customers off so bad before they even buy something that they actually do?
that is why i take a friend with me into the woods and make my kids climb into deer blinds first...they get the webs out and look for spiders...me freaking in a deer stand because of spiders does not do good things for our pospects of seeing deer...you wouldn't want me to cover you in case of spiders...I might get you while getting the spider or pee my pants as I ran away screaming like a little girl...my kids on the other hand would squish it for you and tell you it will be okay..stop crying daddy...wait...that is what they tell me...I am sure they would help though

Well I got a flier about the Stillwater one.
I think they should have sent it by carrier pigeon then it really would have been a flyer.
