Howdy Q - things were fun...I now have Italian owl pigeons and Iranian Trumpeters (they make a cool sound) and some more lahores! So yes the weekend was good! Now i gotta go through my pigeons and figure pairs for the spring!

Howdy Lady! Sorry about the feet! Need to con that man friend into rubbing them. I would suggest conning him with ice cream and smooches...works on me!

That makes me laugh! When I worked in research in my hog farming days...I would follow my animals through the processing at the plant. One of the things I had to do was catch hams...whole hams...straight off the animal...not light. Amazing how strong your hands will get doing that and catching live pigs by the back leg for doctoring and vaccinating...I understand ham hands!!

I ain't allowed around my lady friend's feet either...she starts giggling just thinking about it!

Well, my Boys aren't playing this weekend (bye week), so I'm watching Al's Bears on the tube, instead. So how they doin'?

Somehow barefoot kids in Wal-Mart come to mind.

Working at Wal-Mart being on m feet 8 hours at first would kill me. Id get home an after I set down I couldnt stand again for a few hours it hurt so bad. A good pair of shoes goes along aways dont matter if there ugly or not. Crocks are real big at work because they are apparently comfortable. I wear a good well broke in pair of hunting boots with khakis and they feel just fine

NN, I remember from my days working as a waitress in restaurants (thankfully the last time I waited tables was 10 years ago)... a set of insoles, the GOOD kind, only last a month. At least waiting tables you get to walk around. Standing in one place for 5 hours or more with worn out shoes just flat hurts.

Teach, before J started working as a cop on base, he worked for an armored courier as a vault cashier/messenger. He slung full bags of money and boxes of coin all day. Nothing stinks like money... it was horrible. However, I couldn't lace my fingers with his because his fingers were so muscular and large that it would cut off circulation to my fingers. He still hasn't lost that muscle.

Evening Okies'

I am finally in the houes and in my easy chair! I am wore out. The fence is up and all that is left is the re-working of the gate. Gonna add a wheel so it is easier to open & close. Next weekend we start on the fence going East to west.

Welcome back Monty!! How can you come on here and not let us know if the boy got a kill????????????????????????? I know you guys had a good time!
