Really Monty it's not all that hard even for girly men LOL. I fill the bucket carry it to the coop put the lid on right in the coop so you don't have to carry the awkward bucket lid to the coop. you can figure it out it's not rocket science LOL.

You are like the third person that has to me "its not rocket science".
Well what is so hard about rocket science?

You light the big fuse and Whooooosh!!!!!!
Off into the wild blew yonder.

Thanks for the congrats everyone! And just to clarify, it is college, not high school. Lol. And it is a full semester earlier than originally planned.

The internship will have to be a nevermind, unless its a paid one. But now I have this dilemma... I found an environmental job with Chesapeake Oil, something that I already qualify for. Do I apply or not???

Luvs - Those poor guineas, that is too cute! My Silkie gets blown around too, but she never comes undone from the feeding position, I don't know how she does it.

Betsy - Yes I love that little Silkie! Haven't come up with a name for her yet; I've never been good at naming my chickens, but she deserves one.

In addition to what Al described in his feeders, we put a funnel in the bucket. It helps keep the flow going better, and we hang ours from bungies. The bungies make it move easily and keeps my beak sweepers from sweeping.
