My bet would be they met at FFA deal or Falls Creek or something along those lines...Wayne...wonder who it is...ask her...If I know them I can harass them...no tests...they are correcting them because apparently when I said know the equations for photosynthesis and cellular respiration they thought I was kidding

I just hope they lay fertile eggs!!! I hear with the fertility issues and the Jap lethal gene that the hatching rate is only around 60%. It's supposed to take 5 of their eggs to make the weight of 1 large egg. Show will be the thing they are best at.

Oh I prefer being cold to being hot. However... I have to be doing something to be out in the cold. I'm the same way about being out in 100+ degree heat... there's got to be justification for it.

I spent years in construction and we never worked in the rain. In the winter, we used to say that when the 2nd raindrop hit you, you were on your own time. We'd pack up all of our tools and go home because we couldn't work in the rain. But we'd go out in all kinds of rain, sleet and snow and sit in a duck blind. My wife never understood that thinking. Now that's justification!

Soccer itself doesn't give a person anytime to do anything else much less all the other things you have going on! I've been through that before and don't want to go back. Soccer practices, games in different places, run here and run there, cheer a moment then run to the other place and cheer so the kids both see you at their games.

Once you get past working multiple jobs, you might have check out poultry showing. If your daughter is anything like mine, she would love it. Lots less stress and you get to travel. If I don't have a place to go to, I don't go near as often. So you plan out your trips to the shows and see beautiful poultry. It's a great way to spend a weekend with kids.

Believe me, I'm hoping that she decides that chickens are the way to go!

Right now, since I've only got the one kid so soccer practice on Tues/Thurs (when it's not pouring rain or when the fields AREN'T flooded). Games are only on Saturdays. No traveling for U10 in the AYSO league. That itself has saved my butt a few times...

That, and not having to run between games!

I wanna go duck hunting but I gotta find someone to tell me what I can shoot beofre I shoot it! I can identify a duck once I am holding it and have a picture for comparison but on the wing they is ducks! And they yell if you shoot too many hens.

Know anything about ducks Mr. Al???

My husband and his buddies like to hunt ducks when he has time. We have lots out here. He can identify them quick enough to shoot, but I can't. I also don't like the taste of wild duck, especially the diver type ducks, yuck.

Okcarla I hope I am talking to the right person. If not please pass this on to who ever is married to Gearld(the big greeen truck guy!l0l) Look on the nashville craigslist for to day, under farm and garden section.
