Monty - how many roosters of different breeds do you have at the present time? How many of them are matched with hens?

Hey, Hey, Hey, wait a minute this is not about me. This is about helping Donna with her poultry plan.
Who better to help than a "fully recovered", OK OK somewhat recovering addict!

To answer your question though, 15, give or take a few.
When you say matched, do you mean with like kind breeds?
All of them are currently dating but I won't allow some of them to get hitched and settle down with their current girl friends. I know it would never work out.

She puts up with me and doesn't say too much. She enjoys the social things more but was asking all sorts of questions about the chickens. She only sees color and can't tell one breed from another. lol They are only chickens to her. She gets bored at the shows I think.

Santa made a surprise visit at the hotel Saturday night in Shawnee, assorted fruitwood for BBQing, Yea !!!. He didn't come down the chimney he just put them in my truck.

Good morning fellow chair thief

it was good meeting you as well!

I told my boss this morning that I didn't want an all in one copier/fax/scanner because nothing was broke and I needed to get my butt out of this chair every once in a while!!

I had to work Saturday, but took off long enough to make a really quick trip to Shawnee (from Moore). I didn't have time to talk to any POOPS people, but really did enjoyed a quick look at all the birds. I wanted to see the serama there. Congratulations to Dandelion007 on your wins.

Are you kidding me!!!! You were my partner in crime this weekend. Recovered my tail...due to your knowledge of fellow addicts I chased all over east of the city yesterday and ended up buying 8 more birds!!!! But I'm sure glad you shared. LOL AND NO, I DO NOT TRUST YOU....OR ANY OF THE REST OF US ON HERE FOR THAT MATTER!!!! Remember we are the enablers.

Now this sounds very bad. I did two things, just like you asked. I found you a Welsummer rooster and I found you some Partridge Cochin hens. Everything else is on you. I in noooo way enticed you to buy up half of the birds in East Oklahoma County. Remember you didn't bring the trailer because you weren't gonna buy much.
Just like with my DW, I did everything asked of me and I am still in trouble.
A poor ole recovered addict doesn't stand a chance in this cruel world. Makes a man want to fall off the wagon and go buy some birds.

Thanks! They are Corey & Liz's birds but I will pass on the congrats to them.

I never did go to the Open division and look for Seramas though. Were there any?

Edited to add:

Do you have pictures of your Seramas? I would love to see yours. There are several people on this thread that are really interested in them!
