You might be a redneck if your girlfriend asks for lumber for her birthday.

Just like Less I also plan to start my plans this month with extended light and feed changes. Then my main goal is to start hatching a bunch of these White Rocks & Cornish, and will continue to hatch until they stop laying.

i have two 5 gallon ones and on auto dog feeder, the others get flower pot bottoms or some old dish that I have lost the lid to. I go out everyday anyways so I just feed them & check the others.

humm theres an idea. YOu can check the atwoods or tractor supply for a hog feeder or something simular that will hang on the wall.

Donna : I still have the big feeders in the small pens, it just means you don't fill them as often, no big deal it doesn't take anything more to make the big ones as it does the small ones.

Al...I think that's what I am going to have to do. I've already got the buckets for that....I was just concerned that it would make things more crowded in the pens since we use welded wire dome pens that aren't very big. I also didn't want them to roost on the buckets and poop in the pan. Oh well, they can just eat that too if they are dumb enough to do that. LOL

we usually just buy used ones at auction. If the pan is rusted out Teva usually pays about a quarter for them. Clean the pan really good and just use duct tape on them, both sides. A cheap fix like that will last over a year if kept dry.

Eve this Adam. What was that about a rib?

Adam,

I'm sorry I was hungry and it looked so good, the devil made me do it.
Eve.

PS you didn't need it anyways did you?

Your funny Eve! No I have plenty. But look how much trouble giving up just one has cost.
Now stay away from the apple tree.

Adam

A little bigger than that, about 2" or a half dollar if anybody remembers those anymore.

Adam,

I'm sorry to cost so much, why must I stay away from the apples??? They are so pretty the snake tells me they are sweet.

Eve.

Well since you got a gift card for the nails surely you can get some wood for the coops.

For someone who isn't feeling very good, your brain sure is alert for "plays on words."

It was just a flash in the pan. I am fading fast!
