FunChick an her DH brot that big maran roo an a blue wy.dot bant roo that came in last....P.B..had her poops shirt on. Will hope to meet at the next one some of us will be at blanch sale sat nite.

The rubberized gloves I recommend for keeping your hands dry while busting ice for your chickens and critters are called "Glacier Glove" and are designed for fishing, hunting and outdoor purposes. The website is www.glacieroutdoor.com and Lumber 2 sells them for $19.99 plus tax. I bought another pair this afternoon since I can't find the pair I bought last year - and was able to get them in a size small, which I couldn't do last year. The tag says Ice Bay 812BK and describes them as "The original Glacier Glove ICI BAY Neoprene

I do recommend turning them inside out as much as possible after you wear them, because they do get damp inside and then they are clammy and more difficult to put on the next time you wear them unless you have gotten the fingers dried out. I don't know whether the moisture comes from my hands sweating or because I am getting part of my hand wet when filling rabbit water bowls.

After busting ice out of 48 rabbit bowls this evening, I think I will hold off on getting any more rabbits for awhile. That is a very good price for what John is selling so I am confident he will be able to get what he is asking. Sorry to be so wishy washy.
