J is already in bed working on going to sleep... should take him, oh, 5 minutes or so? He's worn out already and he doesn't have a day off for another 2 weeks. By the end of next week, I'll be walking around in an asbestos suit with a fire extinguisher in my hand.

Still working on cleaning the wreckage that is my living room. Oh! My dad dropped off a small dog carrier so I can get that blasted cockerel to Fletcher tomorrow. J says that they *might* get out of there early enough for him to come with me... I told him that I was leaving at 330pm whether he'd been released or not. I'd *prefer* he go, but I'm afraid if I wait much longer, everybody will be gone before that cockerel gets sent home with somebody else.

Oh, and my dad said that he's pretty sure there's a high possibility that I'm gonna get rid of a roo to bring home a hen. I didn't confirm or deny that statement... but I also did not take any cash out of the ATM either. YMMV (your mileage may vary...

There were probably ten rabbits, two cages of pigeons, two dove, one peacock a pen of NN roosters and other misc. birds.

Not much stuff on the outside either as far as supplies goes.

Didn't see the rams and we didn't go in the sale area, much too tired by that time.

Free Male Cat

He is a white and black, three years old, and has been neutered. He is a very loving cat. He is great with kids and usually warms up to other cats. He doesn't like dogs, though. I have had him since he was 5 weeks old.

Not meaning to be a thread hen but any recomendations on good meat chickens? Jason and I are looking at going in on an order with Rebecca for Ideal poultry and we would like to raise a few meat birds any suggestions...
