I wasted a perfectly good day of annual leave by being sick today. We took the animals to Prague last night and by the time we got home I had a horrible headache and upset digestive system. I was on BYC earlier and read that you had felt the earth move and then later been attacked by a jar of pickles. I slept almost all day, so slept through the earthquake and the Prague sale today. I am hopeful that we can go tomorrow, since that is when our llamas will sell. Hubby may have a heart attack, but if a couple of them don't bring a decent price, I intend to PO them

used to go to perkins every weekend and blanchard and cement on their dates, it gets old after awhile, still fun nonetheless, getting to see everyone and talk chickens what was most interesting was how perkins folks were mostly north and blanchard central and cement folks were south and west, yet all shared common problems and findings and i would pass word or haul chickens across the state for friends.

Jim, you are still a kid at heart. I like that. Those kids will remember their trip to the library as a fun experience and want to go visit again.

Actually, Teva's call got me up and dressed and for awhile I felt better. I was glad she called.
Did Teva get to see those huge rams that the auction guys were calling Clydsdale sheep because they each weighed about 600 lbs?
Were there very many birds/rabbits in the alley? We will hopefully get to Prague tomorrow. I am feeling better and hoping this is a 24 hour bug.

J is already in bed working on going to sleep... should take him, oh, 5 minutes or so? He's worn out already and he doesn't have a day off for another 2 weeks. By the end of next week, I'll be walking around in an asbestos suit with a fire extinguisher in my hand.

Still working on cleaning the wreckage that is my living room. Oh! My dad dropped off a small dog carrier so I can get that blasted cockerel to Fletcher tomorrow. J says that they *might* get out of there early enough for him to come with me... I told him that I was leaving at 330pm whether he'd been released or not. I'd *prefer* he go, but I'm afraid if I wait much longer, everybody will be gone before that cockerel gets sent home with somebody else.

Oh, and my dad said that he's pretty sure there's a high possibility that I'm gonna get rid of a roo to bring home a hen. I didn't confirm or deny that statement... but I also did not take any cash out of the ATM either. YMMV (your mileage may vary...

There were probably ten rabbits, two cages of pigeons, two dove, one peacock a pen of NN roosters and other misc. birds.

Not much stuff on the outside either as far as supplies goes.

Didn't see the rams and we didn't go in the sale area, much too tired by that time.

Free Male Cat

He is a white and black, three years old, and has been neutered. He is a very loving cat. He is great with kids and usually warms up to other cats. He doesn't like dogs, though. I have had him since he was 5 weeks old.
