Al, I buy raw milk ALL the time from a dairy that even puts it in the plastic milk jug. It is own by a USDA inspector and her husband plus she a VET. They have windows that you see into every aspect of the milking parlor and bottling room from start to finished. It is then place in big units so it kept chilled to the right temp. You walk in sign the book and say who many gallons your buying (for us it usually 6 gallons but in the summer it goes higher for ice cream). You then put $3 per gallon in the mail slot, get your milk and your done. It is Jersey milk and over a 1/3 of the gallon is the best cream you can find. Some times it half cream and half milk. I drive to Tiff City to get it which is about an hour and half drive. I pick up for two families besides us. The other chip in for gas.. I am going this week. Any time I headed for Fairland or anyplace up past Grove I head to the dairy on the way home. It will stay fresher longer then the processed milk in the ice box and it sure is better for you.

Yeah, and the cowboys ran up the scores.

Well, no they didn't, as a matter of fact. They just won the games handily. You don't let up as long as the other time has a shot at winning. Running up the score is when you purposely call plays to score rather than run out the clock on the other team by making first downs when that team has absolutely no chance to win the game.

Like for instance when they are twenty something points behind with less than two minutes left in the game.

It isn't just about being a bad sport, though. The reason its a bad idea to run up the score has a lot to do with psychology. It's stupid to give another team added incentive for next time they play you. Like saying disparaging things about their mothers during the lead-up to the game. You don't want to give them additional motivation.

And I'm okay with you hating the Cowboys. There are several teams that I "hate". There is really no rational reason for it, or for me to be a fan of one particular team over another. It's just part of the fun of sports, to root for one side or another, or to channel our tribal and aggressive warlike instincts through sports. To be honest, I don't care for OU. The only time I pull for OU is when they are playing Texas, and only then to irritate my sister who is an alumn from UT. So, I guess we're even on that score.

No, I hate the cowboys for a host of reasons, beginning with lance rentzel in the early 70's. It was bad enough that he played at OU but at least he didn't start exposing himself until he was in the pros.

I am thinking that this isn't the Kelleyville on the Missouri border, I think this one is down by Tulsa or something like that.

It is weird when I look it up on google maps it shows a Kellyville which is located near the Missouri Border but then I looked it up on Wikapedia and it shows it just northeast of Bristow. That is a much doable trip and I would be on the way to see Betsy. I am going to email them to see which Kellyville and let you all know. They do have some nice looking birds and I would love to get as many of my birds local as possible.

You have found a wonderful group of people, many of whom are addicted to hatching eggs, acquiring poultry and attending poultry auctions. Just remember that some addicts tend to also be enablers and may try to entice you into the world of being addicted to hatching eggs, acquiring poultry and attending poultry auctions.

That said, what kinds of poultry do you have and what kind would you like to acquire?

The phone number in my signature line for Marie at the Department of Ag is the number you need to call to sign up for the NPIP testing class.

Glad to see you on BYC. I see you have already been given the disclaimer but you seem to be way ahead of us.
Ok before any one spills the beans, I am a sucker for peafowl. This last year my flock was decimated but I finally have the pen and coop set up to keep out predators. So if you have any peafowl coming this summer you are interested in selling please let me know. I am not picky about breed, I love them all. Peafowl make wonderful yard decoration. I have a lovely pied spaulding 1 1/2 year old male who needs some friends. Actually he knows he is the prettiest one in the yard so he is a bit full of himself and needs some others to show him he isn't the only beautiful bird on the planet.

Stimp they sound almost as bad as our Titans team here in Nashville! Nothing but a bunch of thugs! Was glad PacMan left! But the rest aren't much better. So much for "role" models. They sure don't deserve the salaries they get paid.

Morning Faeri. Hows the coffe?I'm sucking on a coke bottle,to lazy to make coffe!LOL

Good morning BYC Okies!!

Wayne, I couldn't make it without coffee! I see everyone has been busy on here this weekend & I don't think I will go back to read guess you will just have to let me know if I missed something important.

Wow,better be on good behavior, they closed all the state tradeing threads . Lots pf people are angry about it.Seems they are trying to force the use of only "chosen sections. Almost makes you feel like someone is afraid of competion! Has "big Brother" taken us over. Better shut up (talking to self!lol)
