The channel 4 weather idiot says that we may have snow coming again Monday. As long as the power and cable stays put, I wouldn't mind sitting and watching a nice slow snow storm. They drop the power grid again tho, and I'm moving to Hawaii or someplace and raise songbirds.

For those of us with auction withdrawals, here is the Craiglist post about the Guy Rose Auction every Saturday morning at 9:30 It isn't just a poultry auction, they have two auctioneers and sell a little of everything. It has been several years since I went to that auction, but it took 2 trips with the magic poultry van and help from a friend's jeep to get everything home and I don't recall buying anything that had to be fed and watered.

Marybeth : I have a power inverter that hooks to my truck battery but with 2" of ice I couldn't get my hood open for 4 days LOL. It seems like the center of the ice storm was located directly over my house LOL.
