I had some excitement yesterday. The water heater decided to check out so we had to have that replaced. Having a plumber come out on a Sunday. Boy THAT was a fun check to sign. Did you know that they have a special rate for holiday weekends? Sorry, but I don't feel so special.

Steph it is too cold me for me. I asm turning into an old lady. I hate the cold. I wish I could bottle it up and release it in August because I hate the heat even more.

Yep, I am looking for a rooster. Round about 6 lbs in weight. Prefer mediteranian (leghorn/Andalusian for example) or American game build.

I thought I had it all worked out, it is opening day of our Little League baseball for us but the game doesn't count so we could miss that.

BUT.......the fair board made the decision to hold a rodeo raise money to renovate the poultry barn.
Anyone want to take guesses of when it is???
April 30th and May 1st!! Since I am the poultry barn superintendent I figure I ought to do my part and help with the rodeo, SINCE the money is going to fix up the poultry barn.

Well so that's that!!

I understand but you could say I am sorry I already have plans that weekend. I'll do what I can to help before but I am going to be out of town that weekend.
The rodeo will go on without you and if it didn't then you could be around when they recheduled it.
I still hope to see you guys in May.

I'm with Monty! That is how I treat our prom here. It always ends up being the same weekend as the one and only poultry auction held close by...I go to it...Usually make a little money and buy a few things.
