Sorry if I'm a bit quiet tonight, just found out that they may deploy J this October instead of next October to the sandbox (most likely Afghanistan). It'll be a month before we know for sure... I hate it when they call up and say "you may be going, you may not, but we figured we'd tell you". Jeez, why can't they say "Yes, you're going" or "No you're not"?

Beth, he says "Thanks". The only problem is that the USMC has an issue with the "maybes" when it comes to deploying out of cycle. We don't mind that he's going, that's part of the contract that he signed (and re-signed 2 years ago). Sometimes we just wish that they were more concrete about saying when the deployment would happen.

Well....looks like I have found me a bible/prayer group for sunday nights! i am kinda happy. Not my normal church but I have several friends in this church and they know where I am coming from!

I gotta go grade papers...sure wish I hadn't given those tests now!!!

picture perfect! I moved some birds aorund and sat with them for like an hour straight...just watching....been awhile since I could do that....still needs a bit more drying but it was great....


I know y'all had it bad but...we had it first! It wasn't near as bad here though. We said a prayer for that end of the state.

Be good....I am gonna grade papers and candle soem eggs
