Mid morning everyone,

Our Bronze Hen(momma Hen) has hatched out 5 baby turkeys(through the night and morning) thus far with more eggs yet to come.. YEA!! I mean they will be mutt turkeys since the Naragensett Tom is the father and she is a bronze so we are going have to be creative and give them a breed name ha ha ha... Now to locate a Bronze Tom ...

afternoon guys! well, got the little silkie bully out with the other three in a temporary run and there has been minimal chasing- hopefully that will end the little soap opera...

the hurt pullet seems to be doing fine, but it means they both will have to be reintegrated once she heals- since the injury is right where the roo will grab her...

anyone use garden lime in their run? is it safe?

Anyone know what a Pair of Salmon Favorelles is worth? These are healthy and Lively. Maybe a 1 to 1 1/2 year old. Laying. Please let me know. I have a pair that I just dont have a pen for... Trying not to have to build anymore pens.

I worked on my enclosure a little last weekend....going slowly, but making some progress.

This is a "fig cage" to keep my figs from disappearing in the middle of the night. That's how you know when they're ripe. They disappear.

I put a few chickens inside (just for the day) while I was working on the outside. They are standing by a 4" X 4". My chickens are just little guys. They don't need much room.

Man...that is really sad...you already forgot who I am. LOL I haven't been on very much...not by choice...just by circumstances. Just sitting here right now feels so good to read a little about my friends. Sure would be nice to see you folks and have some good laughs...I sure need them.

If anyone has any idea how to move or tear down and burn a house I would kiss you feet. Sure wish my dad was still here to help me with this. Dang I sure miss him.
