[[[ Congrad ]]] on your ..Bird's...an salsa i LOV that stuff . IS it going to be for sale..

Michael,
Just come by we'll break out a bag of chips and a cool beverage and enjoy until they are gone. Everything is better when in good company.

We've been so busy at work I haven't had a chance to keep up with the thread. Looks like a lot of folks are celebrating wins at local shows. Congratulations!

Wish I could go to Blanchard. I've got a bunch of birds needing new homes, and I miss my chicken friends. DH is traveling for work again, so I'm trying to catch up on chores, but the bad weather is making any work outside difficult. Hope we don't have another bad storm, at least for a few more days.

LOL that's a good one! I was eating & almost choked!

I'm with you POCO, I would like to go to Blanchard too just to see my friends! Too much going on & I plan to catch up on alot of chores tomorrow & move some birds around to make others more confortable. I also plan to see what one's are going to find a new home.

Since I unlocked the gates at work this morning at 6 I had better head to bed.

It was a nerve wracking day as I had to weld-up a broken frame on a travel trailer. Too much combustable material and a high cost of replacement should it catch fire.

This thing is only 5 years old and flat coming apart at the seams. So far I have rebuilt the suspension numerous times and replaced all of the light axles with heavier ones plus swapped out the 15in tires and rims with some 16in and some 14ply tires.

I just don't understand why they build these things so light on the bottom end.

The owner said that he has pulled it about 150,000 miles since new. It's a triple axle trailer and that third axle really slides when it's turned putting a lot of stress on the light iron in the frame.

Well I went down to look at a bator I didnt getting but I did pick up 10 Dominique chicks for a song he gave me a three shelf bator cabint need a little work but its nice. And I found a place to get rid of some gunieas that are about to hatch.

I imagine that most travel trailers are not anticipated to be pulled so many miles, many folks who buy a travel trailer end up parking it in their driveway with canvas covers on the tires, only taking it for a spin a week or two each year.

Sounds like planned obsolescence.
