Monty : we are doing Ham this year for Christmas, I went to Camanche South of Ducan and got my Ham, this guy there makes his own to die for Ham's. So I spiral sliced it on my big band saw, and it has been in a wet cure brine for the last week now, should be ready soon.............

No but when I was a teenager my dad had some guy do one and it was awesome.
I think it was a dry salt cure but I can't remember even though it wasn't that long ago.
