We are having similar issues here, been wanting to clean the garage for months, I picked up about 10ft of it and decided a nap sounded better. We have also had all the lumber cut and ready for 6 more pens since last fall, I have 1 frame completed as of september the rest is still stacked in teh garage.

Yep sounds about like around here. Oh I made some laundry soap the other day! Works GREAT!! Actually works better than the store bought stuff....I was impressed

Hey Marybeth, I found these at Walmart, not quite like mine but looks like it would work good. Lynn

Greybear - I have been looking for one of those golf ball retreivers, since even before I got the A-frame. If you decide to sell it, let me know.

Monty - I have been saving a spagetti spoon for the purpose of gathering eggs but hadn't thought about duct taping it to a long stick. Thanks for the suggestion!

I have two made from three foot 2x2s with a large tuna fish can nailed or screwed on one end of it and it works great for short pens. Lynn

Jack cuts the top half of the thick can coozies (sp ?) and attatches them to the end of a 2' to 3' long stick. That is how he retrieves eggs from the nest boxes in his coops.

I forgot about that. I have seen Jack carrying that around.

I made some a week or two ago, and that is what I thought too, that it worked better then what I had been buying. I am sold on the quality and price. Can't see ever going back to buying it again.

If you have the pics on Photobucket when you put your cursor on the pic a box will show up under it and you checkmark the box right under the pic.

Then at the bottom of the page there is a spot that says "choose action" and click on that and then choose generate link codes and click on it and a new window will pop up. Then you can do a left click on what you want like full szed for message boards and it will save it to the browser and come back to your text and right click and paste it. takes longer to tell you about it then it does to do it.

Often times around here spring cleaning involves the Kubota but I need to change out the front tires. That being over my 10 pound weight limit will have to wait.
