Good morning all, Wayne my Banana tree is still in hibernation!!! Was thinking of quartering it up and either putting it in my home oven or out on my smoker, may dig me a pit and wrap it in foil and put it in the ground. I like the smoke flavor. You are welcome to come down and help if you want, will probably butcher is near the Poops date, say the weekend before. Al it should weigh in at about 100 lbs live weight by the time I butcher it I think!!! Teach and Doc, if you want to take a road trip and come help butcher or cook just give me a holler and come on!!!! I need a favor from my chicken friends, I need some lawyer advice on removing a child support garnishment from my paycheck.
