CityClucks is right. You either hit F5 or Ctrl+R to reload the page. The browser only sees what it there when it loads so you have to refresh the page to see anything new.

I made it back but am sad to report that one of us didn't make it!
Not sure which one but the one staying in my frontal lobe froze solid on the way back.
Kronk is OK! He stays deep, especially when it is hot or cold.

(For the new folks that don't know me someone will be along to explain!)

Hey Micheal, you will need some splash to make good blues!!!!
I just got in from chores, Jessie and Dakota helped me, we got about twenty eggs today, I am sure some are frozen. These will go to the eating egg cartons today, been saving some to trade to a lady in West Virginia that sent me some Americauna eggs to hatch, I have about five dozen eggs waiting to go in an incubator. Need to get the neighbors sportsman hooked up and going!
Wayne you could use any homemade biscuit recipe for dumplins too!!!! My grandma used to make Cherry Dumplins in a pot on the stove and man were they delicious!!!! She made cinnamon rolls in a pot with milk in it too, loved them but don't remember what she did to make them, will have to ask my mom about that!!!
Was thinking meatloaf sounds good but do not have any meat thawed out so will lay some out for tomorrow!!! Don't know about supper tonight. I really don't think I am going in to work tomorrow either.
Have not lost any more chicks yet, but lost one hen to the cold. All the rest seem to be doing good! Poor things stay on the roost all day I think! I know it is cold and I am just now feeling my toes and my face is wind burned I think. Yall be careful out there!!! Wayne you be careful too aqnd don't mess around and fall in the mud or something!!! Lynn

I always thought it was just me that didn't know how to see them. Is there some way the moderators could set it up so we can see stuff as it post without refreshing the page? Lynn

I don't know why I didn't heed this wise counsel.

Now I either have to wash my coat or else put some milk, cheese, onions and mushrooms in my pocket and throw it in the dryer.

Omelet anyone!

You too Funny Monty!!!!!

I've only got one rooster with complaints: a snotty nose, so
he's in the barn with the banties.
Vesta doesn't realize that it snowed.

Most of the hens are already bored, so I put a cardboard box
in the outside portion of their pen. They're playing BYC Chicken Train!

I used to Lynn, but it's been many years ago that I raised or bred any good game.

I've gone farther for less.
If you do go for them, get lots of extras. We need some here in Oklahoma.

1 cup chicken broth
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt & pepper
2 cups flour or more

Combine the chicken broth, eggs & salt & pepper. Begin to work in some of the flour to the mixture until it forms a dough. AT this point scatter flour on the counter top and work in as much flour to the dough as you can. Take a rolling pin & work the dough out flat as you can. Use a paring knife and cut the dough into strips about 1" wide and as long as you like them. When you add the dumplings to your chicken broth keep just below a boil while stirring slowly so they don't stick together. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
