I haven't left the driveway since I got home Friday evening, but am optimistic that the secondary roads will be much better today than last week. We didn't get the additional snow that was predicted for yesterday afternoon and there was some melting Saturday and Sunday afternoon. I think we should be good until Wednesday, when our next round of snow is predicted - but I don't think OKC is anticipating anything near the snowfall predicted for your part of the world later this week.
Yes if I can get out of my driveway the road is clear thanks to someone with a bobcat. I plan to work today & tomorrow & bring work home again. I do have alittle cabin fever. They say the next round will melt by the weekend so hey it won't be so bad!
Stray, so sorry for what you and your friend are going through. Sounds like you are a very special friend and very important to him. Hope he makes his whereabouts known soon, and that the two of you are OK. Stay strong. Prayers are headed your way.
Good morning everyone,
Just wanted to say that there is a lot of chickens for sale on the ft.smith CL this morning. Nothing that I can use but maybe someone might see a good buy.
Glad that there is a date and place set for POOPS, it is with a very heavy heart that I won't be able to make it. I was so looking forward to it
After missing the last couple. That distance from here is is just to much.
Anyway I am sure that Al and Monty did there best to get it set for the most people to attend, and I am sure there will be a good time by all that can make it.
Looks like POOPS will be at least another hour's drive for me, too; but not as far as for you. I'm still going to try to make it. Thanks, Al and Monty for your hard work.
Joe ,so sorry for your loss of birds! Its so disheartening to find something like that has happened. And its even worse when the culpret belongs to you!Just thankful they wern't Coronations!
