Well folks my Patriotism is hangin out a little this morning, I recieved a post of some old war posters from my sister and one of them really touched my heart!!! Want to thank each and every one whom has, is or will be serving in any branch of our military!!! I have never been in the service but I do love my life as an AMERICAN!!! I thank you ALL for your service, sacrafice and dedication!!! Lynn

We had rain last night too. But the worse is supposed to be today. Hope the ground dries so you can garden!

Boy this Japan thing is really something isn't it. Wow scary to think that some day it my be happening on our coast. At least our country is bigger so there will be more unaffected people that can go help. Its unimagineable to think of how many souls were proably lost that day. What really scares me is the nuclear thing. I don't understand enough about it that it really frightens me.

This year again we will have the option of two different colors!!! I think they look great! When you are ready to place your order please PM me with T-shirt in the subject line, if you do not receive a reply from me please follow up to make sure I have your order as I will have several lists & this is the only way to insure that you have your shirt.

The shirt will cost 9.00 per shirt for youth small to adult XL, anything over that will be an additional 1.00 per X (for instance XXL will be 10.00)

No money will be needed to order your shirt but please make sure that you will be at the event to get your shirt, I know things happen & if that does please contact me so we can make other arrangements.

City - You'll want to pick some of your new layers from the most recent hatch. Some are out of Barbara Ambuhl's birds, and others are out of H & H Poultry stock. Lots of blue, black, and all white Ameraucanas. Some of these will likely be splash. Yesterday we banded 9, and this morning Victoria helped with 13 more. The Ameraucanas brooder is getting crowded. We may need to start another brooder for the rest that are scheduled to hatch today. Last week it was Silver Laced Wyandotte. Those chicks are almost perfectly round. They look like silver striped golf balls on legs. Too cute. Maybe we can take some pictures later today.

Did you know there is a feed store by Shulter/Coalton? I don't know if they are open on Sundays though.
