There will be a livestock auction in Maud, OK on Thursday, July 3rd, and the auctioneer said they intend to have one every Thursday, excluding Christmas!

Cement, OK will have a poultry auction on Saturday, July 5th.

i'm going to the afton swap on the third. i just have to get myself under control or i'll come home with a bunch of birds. anyone else go to that one?

I wish I could go to Afton ... is it a swap or an auction? I'd love to know the details, although it is sure a long way from Tuttle, OK!

it's a swap. i've been a few times cause my kids love to go.

Maybe someday Gerald and I will be able to go to the Afton swap. I absolutely love swaps, auctions, flea markets, garage sales, etc. This weekend though, we'll be busy enough going to the Maud auction on Thursday night and then the Cement auction on Saturday night. Hopefully I will bring home fewer birds than I take, at least that's the plan. I must downsize!
