Okra!

I like breakfast scrambles! And Okra goes well in them. Really easy!!! Potatoes (I slice thin in a coin shape, they cook faster), eggs, and what ever veggies you wish. I usually add bacon or ham to it (the DH "has to" have meat LOL). Throw some seasoning salt and pepper and you're good to go. It's my favorite. i think I could eat it everyday.
Makes good left overs for packing for work. (I start my job at 530 am.)
