Nope, the old account won't be deleted.

Or I think they might be able to combine your accounts for you. I’m not sure if they still do that or not but might be worth asking.

We can merge accounts, but we need to be able to prove that you have access to each of the accounts... usually sending a PM conversation to me from each of the accounts will suffice.

(BTW, please don't tag Matt in messages / posts. He's super busy with other projects and I want to make sure he's reserved for stuff that we can't handle between the rest of our team)

If it's posted in this section, one of us will usually / eventually see it, so there isn't really any reason to tag anybody.

If for some unique reason none of the team happen to notice a thread / respond in a few days, then it *might* be appropriate to tag me... but it's very rare that we don't see something that is unresolved or not actively being looked into within a few days or so.

Ah okay that makes sense! You guys are definitely usually quite on top of things like that! I guess I just saw the other person tag some seemingly random people and figured I’d tag someone that could actually help since I was awake and saw the thread but next time I’ll hold off! I did not know we could merge them. Would love to merge my two accounts. Made the second after I got locked out of here. Got back into this one by accident.
