And on a sad not........ I lost 2 of my Golden Duckwings in the last couple weeks due to age. 8 years old.

I just bought theses bantams , I don't know much about OEGB. after I got them home I looked in my chicken catalog and thought they were bb red old English game bantams.
I was looking on line and out they were not bb reds but weatens except, they both have blue legs. can anyone give me some advice?

Not Old English Game, they would be American Game bantams with those dark legs.

Those are, in fact, Ginger Red Old English. The leg color is correct

Leg color varies by variety, and Ginger Reds have darker legs. I've bred and shown them myself

Will still be full blooded oegb. Just not full blooded wheaten or full blooded ginger red. It will be a mixed color oegb.

Awesome, good luck! I just started 6 silver duckwings on Sunday (along with some other breeds). My girls aren't laying well at all

I have a suspicion that this girl may have some ginger red in her. What do you think?
