Old fashioned Broody Thread for Ducks

Pics
Yeah, I was really exited to see what they would turn out as. Now I'm just exited to see how they grow up!

After a long delay from getting food (we had moved them to the new house but left the food at the other house), the ducklings finally got food. I tried teaching them but there mom did a much better job.

Yep mama ducks have so much more ability than we do to teach them all they need to know, all we have to do is enjoy the show.

Went to the other house to go move some more things and came back to only 5 (out of the six) ducklings. I looked around a little bit and found one of the ducklings on its back barely alive. That was about five hours ago and it has improved, but my hopes are still not very high. Any advice? I'll keep it inside tonight and see if it is still alive in the morning...

I've got a broody duck right now but unfortunately no drake! So she just keeps sitting and waiting, I've taken away her eggs a couple of times but she is one determined duck! I'm toying with the idea of getting a couple of fertile eggs. Not sure though I don't know what my other duck would do.

Oh I hope it makes it. I had that happen last year and it's a miracle it made it. So hoping yours did.
