Old hen with bulging chest

We have an old hen (not laying) and her right side breast looks like it is bulging out. When we felt her it felt slightly like a water balloon! She eats well and seems in fine health otherwise....just an old girl. Anything to worry about?

Are you sure she didnt just have a big meal or drink ??? Sounds like her crop is just full to me.. I would watch it and see if it goes down .. With it being soft I would guess she just gorged herself...
