I think they changed the rules because people were answering wrong and asking the next question anyway.

Well, if everyone asked very specific questions with very specific answers, we wouldn't need to wait for the original poster to verify that the question was answered properly.

Ok, let's try this:

1) After a question is posted someone answers
2) The question poster has 1 hour from the time the answer is posted to say if the answer was correct or not.
3) If the poster doesn't verify if the question was correct or incorrect within an hour, the person that answered the question can post the next question.

Does that make sense?

Yes, but what if they verify and the person who is supposed to ask the next question isnt asking a question.

Yes it does but what happens in this case when the person did answer the question right but then logged off and didn't ask another question?
