Old turkeys

How long do year-old turkeys take to age in the fridge? I'm guessing the same time that a chicken of identical age would?

We age whole turkeys for 4 or 5 days. Make sure you keep them covered so they don't dry out.

Stupid question maybe, You have to age them in the fridge before you freeze them?

I put them in a big roaster pan with a lid, it's not air tight. I think we age longer than most people do.
