Older Chicken not walking or eating

I see the yellow/green poop, too. On my end, I don’t see bruising; it looks more pink/red. Is her keel bone rubbing on the roost maybe?
I also agree she could have a crop or other digestive issue if she doesn’t want to eat. What is hypericum?
Oh and hypericum is a homeopathic cure for nerve damage, I figured if she's not walking it could be a possibility that it's nerve related. Got the idea from a later post on here about Marek's disease and someone using hypericum to cure it.

There is no cure for Marek's. The best you can do is treat symptoms.

The yellow/green poop, the paralysis and the skin damage may be complications due to disease, but with her age, she is likely internally laying.
@azygous may have better insight to the skin lesions/bruising. It could be something like Avian Lymphoid Leukosis, not quite sure if that shows up in older hens or not.

The poop looks "eggy" to me. From what I have seen in my own flock and in with helping members, that is usually not a good sign at all. Peritonitis, Salphingitis or cancer would be my best guess.

If you happen to lose her, having a necropsy performed by your state diagnostic lab or doing an informal one yourself would give you some answers.

I agree with @Wyorp Rock. Your hen is likely suffering from multiple issues, an avian virus with attending secondary infections. This means she likely has tumors on her organs and its causing immune system failure that's causing bacteria to infect her body.

The greenish poop is bile, not waste from food. It will keep being produced even when the hen isn't eating anything.

I know it's a wrenching decision, but given this hen's extensive problems, I would consider ending her suffering.

You could try giving her water melon or cantaloupe along with probiotics. I use nine drops of colloidal silver 250ppm in my hens water. It helps her immune system. I hope she gets better.

Thank you, I gave her some mashed up banana with probiotics this morning after reading this, good idea. Hadn't thought of colloidal silver but that stuff seems to be pretty amazing.

Thanks for your knowledge, that's why I came to this site. I definitely don't want to prolong her suffering but I also didn't want to end her life if she had the chance of getting better. But from the advice I've gotten from this very knowledgeable group and just from daily observations she doesn't seem to be getting any closer to walking or getting back to normal. Thanks for the help.
