Older Chicken not walking or eating

There is no cure for Marek's. The best you can do is treat symptoms.

The yellow/green poop, the paralysis and the skin damage may be complications due to disease, but with her age, she is likely internally laying.
@azygous may have better insight to the skin lesions/bruising. It could be something like Avian Lymphoid Leukosis, not quite sure if that shows up in older hens or not.

The poop looks "eggy" to me. From what I have seen in my own flock and in with helping members, that is usually not a good sign at all. Peritonitis, Salphingitis or cancer would be my best guess.

If you happen to lose her, having a necropsy performed by your state diagnostic lab or doing an informal one yourself would give you some answers.

Thanks for all of your help , you have been extremely informative. I think your right about it being more serious and incurable because she has no appetite nor has shown any improvement on the walking situation either. So I definitely don't want make her suffer..
You guys are a great group thank you kindly, Mikala.

I'm very sorry Mikala:hugs

Google Penelope the chicken from New York. She survived a mareks flare up. They used St. Johns wart and colloidal silver. They also made a sling for her to stand in. Give her a chance but if so is telling you she doesn't have the strength do the humane thing. We just lost a hen from this terrible disease. We had her put down by a vet. Our family has taken this very hard because we know we have three other hens who will most likely pass away becuase of Mareks. God bless and good luck.

Here's the Penelope video. She wasn't a victim of an avian virus. She was rescued from the barbaric religious practice of sacrificing chickens to atone for sins. Chickens are mistreated and it's very hard to watch that part of the video.

The hen in @Muthaofchickens thread may have tumors caused by either the Marek's virus or the lymphotic leucosis virus. There is no cure. What you can treat for is secondary infections. But an antibiotic depends on reasonable vigor of the patient. If she has no will to eat, can no longer stand or walk, she probably hasn't got the strength to recover, and antibiotics will do nothing to treat tumors. They would still be there, reducing the function of her organs.
