Older poults stopped eating

So I hatched some turkey poults from my turkeys. The poults are about 6 weeks now.
They have been doing really well. Feeding them medicated turkey starter, did preventative corrid. They had such voracious appetites until yesterday now they don't seem to be eating and are very quiet. I haven't changed anything. Help, I don't want to loose them

Are they drinking? I don’t know much about turkeys, but they still could get coccidiosis. Symptoms are lethargic behavior, hunching or puffed up appearance. Corid can be given at a severe outbreak dosage of 10 ml or 2 tsp of the liquid per gallon of water for 5-7 days. The powder dosage is 1 1/2 tsp per gallon.
