Oldest eggs you've hatched?

Specifically quail, but really. Any eggs In general. May be a useful resource for others.
The general rule of thumb is up to a week is optimum. After that, there isn't a set in stone cutoff, but the viability of the eggs begin to drop after a week. After two weeks, you may still get some to hatch, but not many. After two weeks you will be very lucky if any develop.

So, verdict is in for THIS hatch: only one of my marked eggs hatched... but overall, it was a less than Stellar hatch... only 13 out of 30 hatched. Not sure what, if anything went wrong. The hatches were really slow and drawn out over 4 days, no large number at any one time. Will have to analyze for next time.
